Having successfully completed textiles degrees at Chelsea College of Art and Design in 1995, Lisa Childs and Amanda Naish worked in the interior design industry, gaining knowledge, experience and perfecting the skills of their trade, before opening the LK Interiors offices in 2003.

We officially opened in May 2003 and expanded rapidly, employing Caroline Edis a year later, who is affectionately known as our “Girl Friday”. By 2009 Kelly Baker joined us, who has recently graduated from a 4 year degree, and specialises in CAD, Photoshop and SketchUpPro.

We provide a fully comprehensive design service, from floor plans to finished visuals, an example of which can be seen on the design journey page. Our philosophy has always been to offer a friendly and approachable interior design service, priding ourselves on tuning in to the requirements of our clients and their homes, whether a listed cottage, london apartment or a new build.

We undertake projects all over the UK, Europe and beyond, having project-managed and completed contracts in Holland and Italy amongst others, never viewing distance as an obstacle.

Our busy studio / showroom houses a vast selection of fabric, wallpaper, trimmings books, a comprehensive library of furniture, lighting and accessory brochures, but we prefer to showcase our concepts in client’s homes, as this approach always enables clients to visualise the finished schemes in situ.

We also pride ourselves on successful collaborations with other like-minded businesses and work with a skilled set of sub contractors, who share the same ethics and standards as we do. We are most proud of the fact that we are a small design practice where attention to detail and personal service is paramount. Lisa and Amanda will always be the voices and faces of LK Interiors.
